An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, Amending Section 703.2.2(d) of the Land Development Regulations to Allow "Government-Owned"Facilities as a Permitted Use;and Adding 703.2.5,Providing for Certain Exemptions from Site Development Standards;Providing for a Repealer; Providing for Severability; Providing for an Effective Date. Action: Acting City Clerk Hines read the title and City Attorney Dannheisser reported.
