Illy OF sot, P"_ <br />Section 2 <br />Special Terms and Conditions <br />2.1 PURPOSE OF PROPOSAL: <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, (the "City ") a municipality located in Miami -Dade County, <br />Florida, requests qualified Proposers ( "Proposers ") to submit proposals for Professional Auditing <br />Services ( "Services "). The contract will be awarded by the City to the Proposer whose proposal <br />best serves the interests of, and represents the best value to, the City in accordance with the criteria <br />set forth in Section 62 -8 of the City Code. <br />2.2 PRE - PROPOSAL CONFERENCE <br />Non - Mandatory 12/09i2015 12/10/2015 at 11:00 AM <br />2.3 TERM <br />Three (3) years, with the initial fiscal year ending September 30, 2016. We will also consider an <br />option of two (2) one (1) year renewals for a total of a five (5) year term. <br />2.4 OPTIONS TO RENEW <br />An option of two (2) one (1) year renewals totaling five (5) years <br />2.5 METHOD OF AWARD <br />Contract shall be awarded to the most responsible and responsive proposer whose proposal best <br />serves the interest of and represents the best value to the City in conformity with the criteria set <br />forth in Florida Statute 218.391 and in accordance with Section 62 -8 of the Code of Ordinances of <br />the City of Sunny Isles Beach.
