<br />01700 - 4/5 <br />2. Upon completion of markup, submit complete set of record Product Data to the <br />City for the City's records. <br />E. Record Sample Submitted: Immediately prior to Substantial Completion, the <br />Contractor shall meet with the City's personnel at the Project Site to determine which <br />Samples are to be transmitted to the City for record purposes. Comply with the <br />City's instructions regarding packaging, identification, and delivery to the City. <br />F. Miscellaneous Record Submittals: Refer to other Specification Sections for <br />requirements of miscellaneous record keeping and submittals in connection with <br />actual performance of the Work. Immediately prior to the date or dates of <br />Substantial Completion (unless otherwise specified), complete miscellaneous <br />records and place in good order. Identify miscellaneous records properly and bind or <br />file, ready for continued use and reference. Submit to the City for the City's records. <br />G. Operation and Maintenance Manuals: Organize operation and maintenance data <br />into suitable sets of manageable size as specified in SECTIONS 01300 and 01730. <br />H. Warranties and Bonds: Specified in GENERAL CONDITIONS, SUPPLEMENTAL <br />CONDITIONS and SECTION 01300. <br />I. Copies of partial Record Drawings for work completed must be submitted to the City <br />with each request for progress payment. <br />1.05 SPARE PARTS: <br />A. Products Required: <br />1. Provide to City the quantities of products, spare parts, maintenance tools, and <br />maintenance materials specified in individual Sections (for example, SECTION <br />11000), in addition to that required for completion of Work. <br />2. Products shall be identical to those installed in the Work. Include quantities <br />required from Supplier or manufacturer of original purchase to avoid variations <br />in manufacture. <br />3. If special parts are used (i.e.: transition couplings), the CONTRACTOR shall <br />submit to the City additional spare parts, of the same type and specifications <br />as the ones used for the work, in enough quantities to perform a maintenance <br />repair. Specialty parts shall be delivered to the City’s Maintenance facility or as <br />instructed by the City. <br />B. Storage, Maintenance: <br />1. Coordinate with City. Deliver and unload spare products to City at Project site <br />and obtain receipt prior to final payment. <br />2. For portions of Project accepted and occupied by City prior to Substantial <br />Completion, deliver the applicable spare products to City at time of <br />acceptance. Obtain receipt. <br />3.
