Mr. Patel will be involved with all projects to assure the City that our qualified team will lead you comfortably and confidently within project budget in a timely and responsive manner. Mr. Patel will be assisted by Mr. Joshua Revord, Manager of our St. Lucie office, to provide responsiveness throughout the project. We will ensure consistent communication and updates on the project through our Project Progress Report form (see page 3 of Tab 4), which will be sent to the City's Project Manager to track project progress, schedule and any challenges. Our goal is to manage projects so that the City's Project Manager does not have to invest more on supervision time! DMC will provide the City with a complete, comprehensive and knowledgeable team to pursue any project the City may undertake. DMC also offers the City flexibility in working with other firms that it may wish to use for particular aspects of any project.
