Some of these experiences include <br /> "� y , a_' the development of design guidelines for the Fort Lauderdale Beach and the Riverwalk in <br /> -c: Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In Fort Lauderdale, these design guidelines helped to guide the <br /> C r'= `Cf:'n--- development and redevelopment of two strategic areas within the City. Recently, EDSA has <br /> 4� led the charge for the Downtown Mixed Use District Ordinance for the City of Oakland Park. <br /> • -;"'" y •9 In order for the City to successfully enact their Local Activity Center designation within their <br /> - , c e cf , ?"
