<br /> As Fort Lauderdale's only AAA Five Diamond hotel, the Ritz-Carlton Resort and Spa is sited
<br /> on the Fort Lauderdale Beach, in the heart of EDSA's Beach Revitalization promenade. Design
<br /> of the 25-story resort with 120 guest rooms and 38 condominiums, was inspired by the grand
<br /> ocean liners of days gone by. Guests experience the refinement of another era with dramatic
<br /> oceanfront terraces, a heated infinity pool on 29,000 square foot tropical pool deck and
<br /> garden private VIP oceanfront cabana level seemingly suspended over the Atlantic Ocean, an
<br /> elegant spa, expansive fitness center, signature ocean view restaurant, and more than 24,000
<br /> sq. ft. of meeting space with ocean front views
<br /> EDSA provided conceptual design, detailed design, and construction administration services,
<br /> working closely with architects and structural engineers to achieve an intensely landscaped
<br /> building podium.
