<br /> As Principal In Charge of the landscape architecture of each project, Mr. Dugan will manage
<br /> ' the design team and be responsible for delivering a high quality project on time and within
<br /> budget. lie will oversee the general direction of the project and ensure continuity between
<br /> design professionals.
<br /> Mr. Dugan focuses on shaping the future of cities with innovative redevelopment and
<br /> '; revitalization projects.With over 30 years of urban design,community planning and landscape
<br /> architectural experience in the U.S. and abroad, Mr. Dugan specializes in translating large-
<br /> ., scale, strategic vision planning into site specific, implementable projects.

<br /> Project Manager
<br /> .4 As Project Manager, Mr. Suiter will assist with the oversite of all and landscape architecture
<br /> r> $ services, while managing the design team. He will be responsible for all EDSA Team
<br /> f' q member work and will attend and facilitate presentations/work sessions with the City of
<br /> , ' Fort Lauderdale, stakeholders and other community groups. He will also be the lead urban
<br /> S designer and planner for the EDSA Team with drawings, sketches and urban design studies

<br /> ' Mr. Kissinger will serve as a design advisor. In this role he will bring over 20 years of experience
<br /> ,; ,`\\;\ in projects encompassing hospitality planning and design, urban design and planning,
<br /> community planning and redevelopment, transportation-related planning and design, and
<br /> environmental recreation planning. Paul's involvement has included site analysis, master

<br /> '. ,' 11 1` planning, design development, and construction documentation, construction administration
<br /> ``\ 1 services, public consensus building services, as well as project management. Mr. Kissinger
<br /> 'a z-.=.....,,,,..,., M1' . ff brings a life-long passion to each and every assignment. His main focus is to impact the
<br /> -1- �_-,,l _ environment by influencing the process. In doing so, he has created places for people with
