As part of this initial step, we possess the capability to assist the <br /> City in needs assessments for a variety of project types, developing the scope of work and budgeting. During <br /> this phase, if specific subconsultants are necessary, they will be determined and selected, in conjunction with <br /> EDSA's Submittal for RFO No. 12-04-02 - 47 <br />
