We are a licensed Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Engineering and General Contracting firm offering a wide range of services revolving around new design, rehab, additions and remolding of existing facilities. ACAI has many years' experience managing multiple projects concurrently, and has successfully managed Continuing Services as well as Single Service Contracts. As a large Architectural Firm with over 40 employees,ACAI has the staff available to meet your project needs. Our experience can be seen first hand through our work for the further develop- ment of the City of Miramar's Ansin Park Community Center. This new one story, 9,000 square foot facility was the second phase to Ansin Park. Continuity to our previous design, the Baseball Pavilion, also located at this park. In addition, we currently hold continuing service contracts the following governmental agencies: the City of Miramar, the City of Fort Lauderdale, the City of Dania Beach, the City of Tamarac, the City of Coconut Creek, the City of Hallandale, the City of Pompano Beach, the City of Hialeah and also the Town of Davie. Services under these contracts are varied ranging from ADA audits and Programming to LEED Consulting and Full-Design Services. The governmental and pub- lic safety projects contained in this submittal booklet are examples of assignments that in many cases are identical to the needs of the contract for which ACAI wishes to be considered. This gives ACAI a unique understanding into the project. ACAI understands that one of the key components of any municipal projects is the understanding of current guidelines, working parameters and compliance with the latest Building Codes.
