(CTA) was the civil Mr. Eric Propes engineer for the 80-acre multi-phase Pine Trails Park Edward D. Stone & Associates located in the City of Parkland. Phase I consisted of 40 1512 E. Phases I and II CTA CLIENT(PHASE III): worked closely with the City of Parkland and the design Mr. Jim Berkman team led by Edward D. CTA's responsibilities included Site, CONSTRUCTION COST Civil, Landscape design, including project management and (PHASE III): 1.8 Million coordination of all design professionals. Contract CTA FEES (PHASE I): administration and observation was also included within Contract Amount: $39,400.00 the scope of the project.
