I ISTRATEGY I Everything begins with the "Strategy" noted at the top of the sphere. This is where everything begins and where brainstorming takes place. Proper strategizing ensures that all the proper elements of the design are incorporated from implementing sound engineering judgment to the owner's input. The I strategizing also involves performing a charette. developing the methodology of design. use of personnel and resources. and a study of time constraints and budgets. among many others.
