We are currently involved in projects that require state of the art <br /> I technology and innovative design for federal, state, municipal agencies and private developers. These projects demand <br /> great attention to detail, management, time constraints and budget. Our firm is capable and willing to meet The City of <br /> Sunny Isles Beach's time and budget requirements. Our firm, together with our consultants, meets and exceeds the <br /> requirements in The City's request for qualifications. Bonfill&Associates will be responsible for: <br /> Architecture, Construction Management,ADA Title II Specialists Services <br /> Land Surveying&Mapping Services, Underground Utility Location Services <br /> Our team of Minority Certified Professional Consultants will consist of: • <br /> I Vital Engineering, Inc.responsible for: Mechanical, Electrical,Plumbing Engineering&LEED <br /> Nifah&Partners Consulting Engineers responsible for: Structural Engineering. <br /> Our firm and consultants are familiar with the requirements and scopes of work that are associated with the City of Sunny <br /> IIsles Beach Request for Qualifications for Continuing Professional Architectural&Engineering Services. <br /> We are familiar with the unique requirements that are associated with municipal projects. Our staff has been responsible <br /> for producing preliminary cost budgets and scope of work and are able to breakdown all aspects of a project to determine <br /> I their adequacy. Recent similar projects requiring this specialized attention are included in our relevant experience. As <br /> Architects our role is to respond not only to the project user's needs but also to address the needs of the community <br /> surrounding our project. <br /> I As president of J. Bonfill and Associates, I will lead our firm and team and serve as principal in charge. I have twenty six <br /> years of experience in architecture, construction administration, land planning, land surveying and developing. As <br /> architect of record for many new, remodeling and renovation projects that are large and complex, I have selected the <br /> team of engineering consultants, coordinated all aspects of the work, from initial planning, construction documents, <br /> I permitting,construction sequencing and construction administration. <br /> We carefully selected the consultants in our team. Vital Engineering is presently designing a 9-story office and parking <br /> garage building designed to earn LEED certification for new construction. Nifah & Partners is involved in high-rise <br /> buildings including parking garages, courthouse renovations and addition project, structural investigations and reports, • <br /> I inspections, repair of construction failures and cost estimation. Our consultants represent experienced professionals with <br /> the necessary experience and resources to provide the highest level of engineering services. Our proposed team is <br /> capable of providing the City of Sunny Isles Beach with complete professional services for projects of all scope and sizes. <br /> We believe that with our diversified background, design and construction related experience; J.
