Review zoning and building code criteria <br /> • 5. Establish up front any LEED or Green Community requirements <br /> • 6. Establish any grant monies criteria, deadline. section 3 or CRA issues <br /> • 7. Field site visits <br /> • 8. Document existing conditions <br /> • 9. Neighborhood meetings (if applicable) <br /> • 10. Develop and refine building program and analyze budget <br /> • 1 I. Meetings with City staff <br /> • <br /> 12. Asses site infrastructure and availability <br /> • <br /> • 13. Develop unit/building type designs. floor plans, roof plans, exterior elevations <br /> • 14. Develop two (2) concept sites as a minimum <br /> • 15. Develop site/building data <br /> • 16. Present preliminary designs to City staff, neighborhood citizens and/or City Commission <br /> • 17. Document input/commentary and any revisions into design <br /> • 18. Develop final design drawings contract documents <br /> • 19. Prepare design/build outline specifications <br /> 20. Present final documents to City staff, neighborhood citizens and/or City Commission <br /> • 21. Process for all required project permitting <br /> • 22. Engage in bidding process and selection of Contractor <br /> • 23. Provide contract administration from commencement of project to completion <br /> • 24.
