<br />.copy of the Request for Qualification ("RFQ") to be issued on May 28,
<br />'2009 at Sunny Isles Beach Government Center, 18070 Collins Avenue,
<br />'city Clerk, Fourth Floor, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, '33160. The RFQ
<br />contains detailed and specific information about the scope of services,
<br />'Submission requirements and selection procedures.

<br />The City is soliciting Threshold Inspection Services for the Hentage Park
<br />Parking Garage. This will include, but is not limited to, the following tasks:
<br />Foundation
<br />,Shear- Wall, Ground floor
<br />polumns, Ground floor
<br />Ground floor slab
<br />Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth floor slab
<br />'Columns 2nd, 3rd, 4th, & 5th floors
<br />'Shear walls 2nd, 3rd & 4th floors
<br />
<br />Stairs and Railings
<br />Store front 1 Window connection
<br />Shoring 1
<br />
<br />Heritage Park Parking Garage:
<br />~The garage must accommodate at least 500 parking spaces meeting minOt
<br />imum City Code provisions and five (5) levels of parking (including the,
<br />ground level). Parking will be allowed on the top (open) level. A driveway.
<br />entrance to the service road will be required. The structure's foot print
<br />'should not exceed one acre and is anticipated to be approximately 125.
<br />'feet by 350 feet.
