No. PZ2016-03 <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Based on the above review by City's Staff and City's Consultants, the <br /> application is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan and Land <br /> Development Regulations. The site plan modification is a reduction of <br /> density, specifically though the elimination of the hotel and apartment- <br /> hotel component. The density reduction reduces the number of <br /> parking spaces required for the project.Additionally, there are ancillary <br /> uses requested such as a commercial office space and cabanas. <br /> Since the density has been reduced these additional uses are in <br /> compliance with parking requirements.
