Our <br />expertise covers all aspects of cost and time management, including Capital Planning, Pre-Construction, <br />Procurement and Construction. Their professional services are delivered using iTWO, a comprehensive 5D <br />platform that is the present, and the future, in project planning, estimating, cost and time management <br />and control. RIB U.S.COST has a successful portfolio of estimating services for South Florida projects of all <br />types. Their experience within South Florida includes cost estimating, scheduling, program management, <br />project controls and value engineering studies. They currently have several contracts to provide ongoing <br />cost estimating services in South Florida. <br />E SCIENCES, INC. (ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING) <br />E Sciences, Incorporated (E Sciences) is an environmental, engineering and ecological consulting firm <br />providing a wide range of services to clients in both the public and private sectors. The company was <br />formed in 2000, bringing together a team of professional and technical staff members with a long history <br />of successfully executing projects throughout Florida and the Southeastern United States. <br />Environmental Consulting Services <br />E Sciences provides a full range of environmental services to identify, remediate and resolve issues <br />related to contamination of soil and groundwater. They have extensive experience investigating and <br />remediating surface and subsurface environments for a variety of contaminants from petroleum, <br />chlorinated solvents and other hazardous materials and are intimately familiar with geological and <br />hydrogeological systems in Florida and the southeastern United States.
