Sunny Isles Beach RFQ# 16-04-02 | Landscape Architect Services <br />MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONCGA's Landscape Architecture Department has a unique blend of qualified professionals who provide a variety of interests and personal expertise as an un-derlay to our Landscape Architectural services. They are educators, community leaders, activists, volun-teers, artists, designers, sculptors, and LEED Accred-ited Professionals. This mix of talent allows us to pro-vide our clients with holistic, well-rounded design solutions that, beyond considering all the functional and implementation-related issues needed to be re-solved, ensure a design product that, once built, will provide for longevity, experience, value and unique identities essential to establishing community brand-ing. This is supported by our qualified, award-winning staff, including Registered Landscape Architects with more than 60 years of collective professional experi-ence and by a strong team of supporting experts.Calvin, Giordano & Associates, Inc. and the project manager, Tammy Cook-Weedon, meet all of the follow- <br />ing minimum qualifications listed below: <br />2.4.1. CGA maintains a State of Florida Registered Landscaping Architect license; and Certificate of Authorization for Landscape Architecture Busi-ness (Florida Statutes Chapter 481). <br />2.4.2. CGA is registered and in compliance with the State of Florida in addition to being licensed and registered with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to practice their profes-sion in the State of Florida. <br />2.4.3. CGA has been providing Landscape Architecture services for over 20 years to municipal clients. Our project experience is listed in our Standard 330 Forms in Tab 5: Qualifications. <br />2.4.3.
