• <br /> FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br /> LANDSCAPE , DECORATIVE PAVERS AND <br /> BONDED AGGREGATE PAVEMENT <br /> MASTER MAINTENANCE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT <br /> WITH THE <br /> CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br /> This AGREEMENT, entered into on // 2O/, , by and <br /> between the STATE OF FLORIDA DEPAR !a` 0- TRANSPORTATION, an agency <br /> of the State of Florida, hereinafter cal' ed the DEPARTMENT, and the <br /> CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> Florida, hereinafter called the CITY, and collectively referred to <br /> as the PARTIES . <br /> RECITALS : <br /> A. The DEPARTMENT has jurisdiction over the following State Roads : <br /> SR-AlA (Collins Avenue) , SR-826 Eastbound (Sunny Isle <br /> Boulevard) , SR-826 Westbound (Sunny Isle Boulevard) and SR-856 <br /> (William Lehman Causeway) ; and <br /> B. The CITY intends to undertake beautification projects (for <br /> purposes of this AGREEMENT, the "Project") , which includes <br /> improvements on or within the State Road (s) and/or adjacent <br /> state right of way (for purposes of this AGREEMENT, <br /> collectively referred to as the "PROJECT LIMITS", as described <br /> in Exhibit "A") ; and • <br /> C. The proposed CITY project improvements may generally include <br /> landscaping, decorative pavers and bonded aggregate pavement <br /> on the State Roads and/or adjacent state right of way; and <br /> D. The PARTIES to this AGREEMENT mutually recognize the need for <br /> entering into an agreement designating and setting forth the <br /> responsibilities of each party with regards to the maintenance <br /> of the landscaping, decorative pavers and aggregate pavement <br /> • installed pursuant to the Project; and <br /> E.
