Keeping your <br />THOR GUARD lightning prediction and warning system operating properly is critical. Tills equipment <br />needs to be maintained on a regular basis. The primary purpose of this maintenance program is to <br />perfonn a complete and thorough system analysis fotlr to six times alUluaIly, frequency defined by the <br />environmental conditions in your geographic arca. The following service procedures will be perfonned <br />as part of this service agreement. <br /> <br />}> Thorough cleaning of hyper static sensor (located on roof) <br />}> Diagnostic test of base system to ensure proper working order <br />}> Diagnostic test of remote horn locations <br />}> Battery load test at base and all remote locations <br />}> Compression check and horn test at all locations <br />}> Transmitter and receiver check <br />}> Up-grade system to new & improved circuit board chip if necessary to improve performance <br />}> Provide additional training, if needed <br /> <br />ONE YEAR MAINTENANCE FEE: <br /> <br />$ 600.00 <br />$ 600.00 <br />$ 650.00 <br />$ 700.00 <br />$ 750.00 <br />$ <br /> <br />Site/Facility with a THORGUARDIAN <br />Site/Facility with Base Driver <br />Site/Facility with 1 Remote <br />SiteIFacility 2-4 Remotes <br />Site/Facility 5+ Remotes <br />Additional visits or more than <br />8 Remotes will require site review. <br /> <br />If locnted in Florida please add the applicable Florida sales tax. if not exempt <br /> <br />Please note that the primary purpose of tlus agreement is to ensure that all aspects of your lightning <br />prediction and warning system are operating properly on the day of each service call. The customer, <br />however, is responsible for daily, routine maintenance of their Thor Guard system in order to guarantee <br />that it is operating properly on an every-day basis. Neither Thor Guard nor the Service Agent is <br />responsible for any disruption of service due to normal wear and tear after this maintenance service <br />agreement is completed. <br /> <br />Please send a signed copy of this agreement, along with your payment to: THOR GUARD, Inc.
