<br />RESOLUTION NO. 2010- l Sf" '1 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING <br />THE BILL OF SALE FOR THE SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM <br />IMPROVEMENTS ON ATLANTIC ISLES AS PART OF THE <br />SUNNY ISLES BEACH CGA PROJECT 05-4893, TO THE <br />MIAMI-DADE WATER AND SEWER DEPARTMENT, IN <br />SUBSTANTIALLY THE SAME FORM AS ATTACHED <br />HERETO AS EXHIBIT "A"; PROVIDING THE CITY <br />MANAGER AND THE CITY ATTORNEY WITH THE <br />AUTHORITY TO DO ALL THINGS NECESSARY TO <br />EFFECTUATE THIS RESOLUTION; PROVIDING FOR AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Sunny Isles Beach has been installing the sanitary sewer system <br />improvements on Atlantic Isles as part of the Sunny Isles Beach CGA Project 05-4893; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (MDW ASD) has requested that <br />the City give ownership of the system to the County and they will be responsible for all <br />maintenance, repair and replacement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the wish of this Commission to dedicate the system to the County and <br />to convey all rights, title, and interest it has in the system located on Atlantic Isles, for an amount <br />of Ten Dollars ($10.00). <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approval of Bill of Sale. Approval for Bill of Sale to Miami-Dade County for the <br />sanitary sewer system improvements on Atlantic Isles as part of the Sunny Isles Beach CGA <br />Project 05-4893, for an amount of Ten Dollars ($10.00), in substantially the same form as <br />attached hereto as Exhibit "A", be, and the same, is hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authority of the City Manager and City Attorney. The City Manager and the City <br />Attorney are hereby authorized to do all things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />Effective Date.
