<br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-Z-2 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING <br />WITH CONDITIONS THE APPLICATION OF AQUAMAR <br />176, INC., PROVIDING FOR APPEAL <br /> <br />The following Resolution was offered by Vice Mayor Turetsky, seconded by Commissioner <br />Morrow, and upon a poll of Commissioners present, the vote was as follows: <br /> <br />Mayor Samson <br />Vice Mayor Turetsky <br />Commissioner Lila Kauffman <br />Commissioner Daniel Iglesias <br />Commissioner Connie Morrow <br /> <br />aye <br />aye <br />aye <br />abstained <br />aye <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Aquamar 176, Inc., applied for the following: <br /> <br />(1) MODIFICATION of Condition #2 of Resolution 4-ZAB-405-83, passed and adopted by the <br />Dade County Zoning Appeals Board on the 9th day of November, 1983, further modified by <br />Resolution 4-ZAB-42-93, passed and adopted by the Zoning Appeals Board on the 24th day of <br />February, 1993, and further modified by Resolution 5-ZAB-34l -95, passed and adopted by the <br />Zoning Appeals Board on the 19th day of July, 1995, as follows: <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />"2. <br /> <br />That in the approval of the plan, the same be substantially in <br />accordance with that submitted for the hearing entitled 'Aquamar: <br />Miami, Florida,' as prepared by The Sieger Architectural Partnership, <br />dated last revised 6-22-95 and consisting of 23 sheets, along with a <br />survey entitled 'Tatum's Subdivision,' as prepared by Fortin, Leavy, <br />Skiles, Inc., dated 4-14-95." <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />"2. <br /> <br />That in the approval of the plan, the same be substantially in <br />accordance with that submitted for the hearing entitled 'pinnacle.' as <br />prepared by The Sieger Architectural Partnership, dated signed and <br />sealed 8-19-97 and consisting of 60 sheets. along with plans entitled <br />"Pinnacle.' as prepared by The Sieger Architectural Partnership. dated <br />stamped received 8-29-97. consisting of 12 sheets." <br /> <br />The purpose of the request is to allow four additional units on the uppermost floor. <br /> <br />(2) MODIFICATION of Condition #1 of Resolution 5-ZAB-341-95, passed and adopted by the <br />Dade County Zoning Appeals Board on the 19th day of July, 1995, as follows: <br /> <br />RES97-Z-1-2 <br />
