<br />. . <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that at its advertised meeting of September 11, <br /> <br />1997, the Biscayne Bay Shoreline Development Review Committee, as moved by Bill <br /> <br />Rosenberg and seconded by. Roberto Datorre recommended approval of the development action <br /> <br />as presented and enumerated in the attached staff reports and site plans with the following <br /> <br />provisions and conditions: <br /> <br />I. That additional landscaping be placed in the area between the service drive and <br />right-of-way and east to Collins Avenue. <br /> <br />2. That more ground cover be added to the pool deck area. <br /> <br />3. That palms be added to the east side of the baywalk to provide additional shading. <br /> <br />4. That some type of plant material, such as vines, be placed on the south side of the <br />retail area to soften the impact of the wall. <br /> <br />The vote on the motion was as follows: <br /> <br />Les Beilinson - Yes <br />Rosa Epstein - Yes <br />Caridad Hidalgo-Gato - Excused <br />Patrick McCoy - Yes <br />W.
