Special Exception for site plan approval to permit a proposed multiple family housing <br />development consisting of an apartment building and an apartment hotel. <br /> <br />2. Use variance to permit the apartmentlhotel and condominium with a density of66.14 units <br />per acre (50 units permitted). <br /> <br />3. Use variance to permit a temporary sales center and model center. <br /> <br />4. Non-use variance oflot coverage requirements to permit proposed development with a lot <br />coverage of 49.8% (40% permitted). <br /> <br />5.
