Dade County, Florida as described below: That portion ofthe South 200.0 feet of Lot 1 of Tatum's Subdivision in Section 11, Township 52 South, Range 42 East, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10 at Page 64 ofthe public records of Dade County, Florida, which lies within a strip ofland 50.0 feet in width, tying 30. feet on each side of following described Centerline: Commence (p.O.C.) at the S.W. corner of Lot 14, South Shore Estates, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 52 at Page 59 of the public records of Dade County, Florida, and run West along the South boundary line of the said South Shore Estates, along the North line of the South 300.0 feet of said Lot 2, a distance of25.03 feet to the Point of Beginning (p.O.B) of the here-in- after described Centerline; thence run South at right angles to the last described line, a distance of 300.0 feet to the Point of Intersection (P.I.) with the South line of said Lot 2 at a point which is 1522.64 feet West of the Westerly Right-of- Way line of the above referenced State Road A.l.A as measured along the Southerly line of said Lot 2, said P.1. also being the end of the herein described Centerline. The above described land, less the excepted portion, is all the adjacent described Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" and contains 536,422 square feet, more or less or 12.314 acres, more or less. ADDRESS: 17000-171 00 Collins Ave. WHEREAS, the public hearing ofthe City Commission was advertised and held as required by law and all interested parties concerned in the matter were heard, and upon due and proper consideration having been given to the matter and to the recommendations of both the Zoning and Code Administrator and the Building Official with respect to all requests; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT: The requests be and the same are hereby approved in accordance with the following conditions: 1. That a site plan be submitted to and meet with the approval of the Building Official upon the submittal of an application for a building permit; said plans to include among other things but not limited thereto, location of structure or structures, types, sizes and location of signs, light standards, off street parking areas, exits and entrances, drainage, walls, etc. 2. That in the approval of the plan, the same be substantially in accordance with that submitted for hearing entitled "R.K. Centre at A ventura Beach" prepared by Kobi Karp Associates dated stamped received 4-7-98 and plans entitled "detached Sign" prepared by unknown dated stamped received 4-7-98., only as it applies to the site plan. 3. That the use be established and maintained in accordance with the approved plans. 4. This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
