<br />Dade County, Florida as described below: <br /> <br />That portion ofthe South 200.0 feet of Lot 1 of Tatum's Subdivision in Section 11, Township 52 <br />South, Range 42 East, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10 at Page 64 ofthe public <br />records of Dade County, Florida, which lies within a strip ofland 50.0 feet in width, tying 30. feet <br />on each side of following described Centerline: <br /> <br />Commence (p.O.C.) at the S.W. corner of Lot 14, South Shore Estates, according to the Plat thereof, <br />recorded in Plat Book 52 at Page 59 of the public records of Dade County, Florida, and run West <br />along the South boundary line of the said South Shore Estates, along the North line of the South <br />300.0 feet of said Lot 2, a distance of25.03 feet to the Point of Beginning (p.O.B) of the here-in- <br />after described Centerline; thence run South at right angles to the last described line, a distance of <br />300.0 feet to the Point of Intersection (P.I.) with the South line of said Lot 2 at a point which is <br />1522.64 feet West of the Westerly Right-of- Way line of the above referenced State Road A.l.A as <br />measured along the Southerly line of said Lot 2, said P.1. also being the end of the herein described <br />Centerline. That a site plan be submitted to and meet with the approval of the Building Official upon the <br />submittal of an application for a building permit; said plans to include among other things but not <br />limited thereto, location of structure or structures, types, sizes and location of signs, light standards, <br />off street parking areas, exits and entrances, drainage, walls, etc. <br /> <br />2. That in the approval of the plan, the same be substantially in accordance with that submitted for <br />hearing entitled "R.K. Centre at A ventura Beach" prepared by Kobi Karp Associates dated stamped <br />received 4-7-98 and plans entitled "detached Sign" prepared by unknown dated stamped received <br />4-7-98., only as it applies to the site plan. <br /> <br />3. That the use be established and maintained in accordance with the approved plans. <br /> <br />4. This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption. <br />
