The request for a Non-Use Variance of parking requirements to permit and existing <br />apartment/hotel with 393 parking spaces where 603 is required, is hereby approved, subject <br />to the following conditions: <br /> <br />A. That the Condominium Association or the hotel commercial units be required by <br />Restrictive Covenant, acceptable to the Building Official, to maintain a 24-hour a day <br />valet service. <br /> <br />B. That the Condominium Association agree by Restrictive Covenant acceptable to the <br />Building Official to restrict all condominium owners, guests, tenants or facility users <br />of any kind from access to the parking garage except through the use of the valet <br />parking. <br /> <br />C. That all garage and surface parking spaces be specifically designated for use by either <br />the A ventura Beach Club Condominium Association or for the Residences of Sunny <br />Isles, Inc., in order to ensure that each entity shall have the necessary required <br />parking and that the designated parking plan shall be approved by the Building <br />Official prior to the issuance of any Certificate of Occupancy for the use of the <br />Residences of Sunny Isles. <br /> <br />D.
