The OraDtee sball aeneraI1y restore the surface of the easement Property as near to its <br />original conditions as may be possible, all within a reasonable time after the installation, repair <br />and/or maintcDance of such facilities. <br /> <br />(5) Use of the Easement Grantee shall have the right to do all things necessary, useful or <br />convenient for the full enjoyment of this Easement. <br /> <br />(6) Pemetual Duration. This Easement shall be perpetual in duration, and shall not be <br />changed, altered or amended except by an instrument in writing executed by the Owners and the <br />City or their respective successors and assigns, <br /> <br />(7) Reservations by Grantor. Grantor hereby reserves the right to use the Easement Property <br />for any purpose that shall not interfere with Grantee's use of and rights in the Easement Property as <br />set forth and created herein. Grantor shall not construct or permit to be constructed any structures <br />or obstructions on or over the Easement Property that would interfere with Grantee's rights under <br />this Easement. <br /> <br />(8) Indl'!lllnification.
