<br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-Z-54 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, DENYING THE APPLICATION OF <br />CRESENT HEIGHTS XLIV, INC., FOR ZONING MODIFICATION AND <br />PARKING VARIANCE; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Cresent Heights XLIV, Inc. has applied for the following ZOnIng <br />modifications: <br /> <br />I. Modification of Condition 1 (F) of Resolution 98-Z-23 passed and adopted by the City <br />Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach on the 8th of October, 1998 reading as <br />follows: <br /> <br />From 1 (F): That in the approval of the plan the same be in accordance with that <br />submitted for the hearing entitled "The Residences of Sunny Isles Beach", <br />prepared by Joseph B. Kaller and Associates dated stamped received 4/7/98 <br />consisting of 6 sheets. <br /> <br />To: That in the approval of the plan the same be in accordance with that <br />submitted for the hearing entitled ""New Residences of Sunny Isles", <br />prepared by the applicant date received 7/09/00 consisting of 5 sheets. <br /> <br />2. Non Use Variance of parking requirements to permit 398 parking spaces (a total of733 <br />parking spaces required [603 parking spaces for the Ramada and 130 parking spaces for <br />the Cresent Heights D. <br /> <br />SUBJECT PROPERTY: Tract "D"ofGalahad, Dade, (Pb 92 Pg 16) <br /> <br />ADDRESS: Northwest comer of 192 street and Collins Avenue; <br /> <br />And; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing of the City Commission was advertised and held as <br />required by law and all Interested partIes concerned in the matter were heard, and, upon due and <br />property consideration having been given to the matter; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT: <br /> <br />1.
