<br />RESOLUTION NO. Ol-Z-57 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE ZONING <br />REQUESTS OF MARIUS AND CLAUDETTE ROURE, SUBJECT TO <br />CERTAIN CONDITIONS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Marius and Claudette Rome ("applicant"), have applied to the City <br />Commission for approval of the following zoning modifications: <br /> <br />1 Non Use Variance of lot coverage requirements to permit an existing residence with a lot <br />coverage of 41 %(35% required). <br /> <br />2 Non Use Variance of setback requirements to permit an existing residence to setback <br />17.4 ft. from the front (south) property line (25 ft required), and setback 18.85 ft from the <br />rear (north) property line (25 ft required). <br /> <br />3 Non Use Variance of setback requirements to permit an existing residence to setback <br />5.15 ft from the interior (east) side property line (7.5 ft required), and setback 0 ft from <br />the interior (west) side property line (7.5 ft required). <br /> <br />LEGAL: <br /> <br />Lot 25 Blk. 6 Golden Shores. Pb 51 Pg 93. <br /> <br />ADDRESS: <br /> <br />335 191 Street, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida 33160 <br /> <br />And, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a 'public hearing of the City Commission was advertised and held as <br />required by law and all mterested partIes concerned in the matter were heard, and, upon due and <br />property consideration having been given to the matter; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT: <br /> <br />1. Modifications 1 through 3 are hereby approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />a. That a site plan be submitted to and meet with the approval of the Building <br />Official upon the submittal of an application for a building permit; said plans to <br />include among other things, but not limited thereto, to exits and entrances, <br />drainage, walls, etc. <br /> <br />b. That in the approval of the plan, the same be substantially in accordance with that <br />submitted for hearing entitled "Boundary Survey" prepared by "Blanco, Danial & <br />Assoc Inc." dated 08/23/2000. <br /> <br />c.
