<br />n. That the applicant provides 24-hour valet parking for the residents. <br /> <br />o. That the applicant obtain a Certificate of Use and Occupancy from the City, upon <br />compliance with all terms and conditions, which Certificate of Use and Occupancy shall <br />be subject to cancellation upon violation of any of the conditions. <br /> <br />p. That the applicant provides a Declaration of Restrictive Covenants to provide a pro- <br />rata share of undergrounding utilities along the frontage of the property on the public <br />right of way, or the Applicant may underground on its own prior to issuance of a <br />Certificate of Occupancy, and a pro-rata share for Collins Avenue beautification and for <br />dedication of an easement for beach access as shown on the approved plans. <br /> <br />q. The developer must agree to finance his pro-rata share of long-term beach re- <br />nourishment costs that may be required as a consequence of the impacts that this <br />development will have upon the erosion ofthe adjacent public beach. <br /> <br />3.
