<br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-Z-69 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, WITHDRAWING WITHOUT <br />PREJUDICE ZONING APPLICATION OF LMD ASSOCIATES, <br />LTD, Z2001-8 FOR SPECIAL EXCEPTION TO PERMIT THE <br />TEMPORARY STORAGE OF FILL AND CONTAINERS ON SITE <br />AND AN UNUSUAL USE TO PERMIT TEMPORARY PARKING <br />FOR CONSTRUCTION PERSONNEL; PROVIDING FOR AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />I. RECITALS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on May 14, 2002, the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />conducted a public hearing on the application number 2001-8 submitted by LMD Associates <br />LID, for the following, <br /> <br />1. Special Exception to permit the temporary storage of fill, materials on site. <br /> <br />2. Unusual Use to permit temporary parking for construction personnel and construction <br />trailers in a zone restrictive than the use it serves. <br /> <br />LEGAL: <br /> <br />Tract A, Golden View, Plat Book 154 at Page 68 <br /> <br />LOCATION: <br /> <br />Southeast corner of 183 St and North Bay Road <br />Sunny Isles Beach, Fl. 33160 <br /> <br />And, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant, requested withdrawal without prejudice of the requested <br />item, and that they have 60 days to come into compliance. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was advertised and held as required by law and all <br />interested parties concerned in the matter were heard; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />II.
