<br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-Z-86 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE ZONING <br />APPLICA TION SUBMITTED BY DEZER PROPERTIES 108 LLC, FOR A <br />TEMPORARY SALES OFFICE BUILDING, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN <br />CONDITIONS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />I. RECITALS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Dezer Properties Ltd., submitted an application to the City of Sunny Isles <br />Beach, Florida requesting the following: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to Section 265-18 of the Code of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, the applicant is <br />requesting a site plan approval to permit temporary trailer to be use as a sales office. <br /> <br />2. Pursuant to Section 265-13 of the Code of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, the applicant is <br />requesting a conditional use to permit a temporary trailer <br /> <br />Legal Description: Lots 17 and 18 in Block 1 of Bayview Point, according to the Plat thereof, <br />recorded in Plat Book 46 Page 98, Public Records of Dade County, Florida, located at 15800 <br />Collins A venue AND <br />A part of lot 82 Tatums Ocean Beach Park Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in <br />Plat Book 5 Page 35, Public Records of Dade County, Florida, described as follows: <br />Begin at the point of intersection of the South line of said Lot 82 with the westerly right-of-way <br />line of said State Road A-I-A, the same being the NE comer of Lot 17, Block 1 of Bayview Point, <br />Plat book 46 Page 98 of the records of Dade County; thence run due West along the South line of <br />said Lot 82 and being along the North line lot 17, Block 1 of said Bayview Point for a distance of <br />86.17 feet to a point, the same being the comer of said Lot 17; thence run North 11 degrees 18 <br />minutes 36 seconds East along a line to a point and being along an Easterly line of Lot 17, Block <br />1 of said Bayview Point for a distance of 50.99 feet to the most Northerly comer of said Lot 17, <br />said point and comer being 50 feet north of, as measured at right angles to, the South line of said <br />Lot82; thence run South 85 degrees51 minutes 16 seconds East along a line for a distance of <br />79.59 feet to its intersection with the Westerly right-of way line of said State Road A-I-A; thence <br />South 4 degrees 8 minutes 44 seconds West along the Westerly right-of-way line of said State <br />Road A-1-A for a distance of 44.36 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Location: <br /> <br />15800 Collins Avenue <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the public hearing of the City Commission was advertised and held as <br />required by law and all interested parties concerned in the matter were heard, and upon due and <br />proper consideration given to the matter and to the recommendation by memorandum from the <br />Planning and Zoning Administrator and Planning Consultant; and <br /> <br />04-Z-86 Dezer Sales Trailer <br /> <br />1 <br />
