Staff Analysis of Request <br /> <br />The Epicure site plan is in furtherance of the goals and objectives contained within the City's <br />Comprehensive Plan. Additionally, the Epicure meets the intent of the Town Center Zoning <br />District to encourage mixed use development. Residential, retail and office uses are contained <br />within the same building. <br /> <br />The proposed modifications to the previously approved site plan will have no detrimental or <br />negative effect on the surrounding property owners. <br /> <br />IX. Should compliance <br />with recommendations result in a change that would not be considered "minor" in accordance with <br />Section 265-18 of the City Code; the applicant shall be required to obtain another approval of the <br />City Commission. <br /> <br />(3) That the project shall be developed substantially in accordance with the plans submitted for public <br />hearing.
