Sol era, Community Development Director <br />Elena Del CampilIo, Planning and Zoning Technician <br /> <br />November 15, 2007 <br /> <br />Z2007-01 (a), Oceanic Development, LLC. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />This Site Plan Application is presented for your consideration. <br /> <br />REASONS: <br /> <br />The Applicant is requesting site plan approval for a 20-unit townhouse development <br />consisting of four buildings each containing five units. As indicated in the Staff Report, <br />the site plan is consistent with the Land Development Regulations and the <br />Comprehensive Plan. No variances are requested in this project. Additionally, the <br />Applicant has requested the released of several old covenants to permit the development <br />on the property. Further, The Applicant is requesting a partial release of an easement <br />located at the rear of the property.
