Vera, Assistant City Manager <br />Robert Solera, Community Development Director <br /> <br />November 18, 2008 <br /> <br />RK and Associates Proposed One Story Building <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />This resolution is presented for you consideration. <br /> <br />REASONS: <br /> <br />Pursuant to Section 265-18 of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Land Development Regulations, the <br />Applicant is requesting a site plan approval for the construction of a new commercial retail <br />building within the Town Center District. The new building will replace the existing old <br />Washington Mutual Bank located at 16830 Collins Avenue. The Applicant is not requesting any <br />variance under the code, and is providing sufficient parking on the site. No other entrances onto <br />the property are being requested as part of this application.
