<br />LPA RESOLUTION NO. 2006- 3S <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE LOCAL PLANNING <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING AND RECOMMENDING AN <br />ORDINANCE ENTITLED "FIRST SMALL SCALE <br />AMENDMENT TO THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF <br />THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN"; PROVIDING FOR AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 163.3174, Florida Statutes, the City Commission has <br />been designated as the Local Planning Agency for the City of Sunny Isles beach; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Local Planning Agency held a public hearing to consider the small scale <br />amendment to the Future Land Use Map ("FLUM") of the City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />Comprehensive Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Local Planning Agency approved and recommended to the City <br />Commission that this small scale amendment to the FLUM be adopted. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section I. Approval and recommendation. The City commission sIttmg as the Local <br />Planning Agency recommends and approves the small-scale amendment to the Future Land Use <br />Map ("FLUM") as reflected in Exhibit "A", attached hereto. <br /> <br />Section 2 . <br /> <br />Effective Date.
