Hines, CMC, City Clerk <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />Jorge Vera, Assistant City Manager ~ <br /> <br />Priscilla Walker, CMC, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />December 19,2006 <br /> <br />Approval of Setback and Building Separation Requirement Ordinance - <br />Medium-High Density Multifamily Residential Zoning District (RMF-2) <br /> <br />At its regular meeting of December 14, 2006, the City Commission adopted Ordinance No. <br />2006-271, which amended Section 265-34 of the Land Development Regulations by establishing <br />requirements for setbacks and building separation for the Medium-High Density Multifamily <br />Residential Zoning District (RMF-2).
