<br />Section 1. Approval of Amendments to the Comprehensive Plan. The Local Planning Agency <br />hereby approves the Plan Amendments adding the Public School Facilities Element, and amending <br />the Capital Improvement Element and the Intergovernmental Coordination Element of the City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach Comprehensive Plan, attached as Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />Section 2. Transmittal of Draft Comprehensive Plan EAR. The Local Planning Agency hereby <br />recommends transmittal of the Plan Amendments to the City of Sunny Isles Beach Comprehensive <br />Plan to the State Department of Community Affairs. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />Effective Date.
