RESOLUTION NO. 99- \ ~ g A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE SUNNY ISLES TRACT, THE SAME BEING A REPLAT OF LOTS 1,2,3,7,8,9,10 AND 11, BLOCK 8, OF SUNNY ISLES SHORES SECTION B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK6S AT PAGE 47 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, LOCATED AT 178TH STREET AND NORTH BAY ROAD; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City of Sunny Isles Beach has secured a tentative plat of the Sunny Isles Tract in order to vacate certain easements to allow the City of Sunny Isles Beach to utilize said property as a park; and WHEREAS, the City of Sunny Isles Beach now presents to this Commission a final plat of certain lands lying in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, said plat to be known as the Sunny Isles Tract, the same being a replat of Lots1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, Block 8, of Sunny Isles Shores Section B, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 65 at Page 47 of the Public Records of Miami- Dade County, Florida, located at 178th Street and North Bay Road, lying totally within the City of Sunny Isles Beach; and WHEREAS, it appears that all requirements of law concerning said plat insofar of the authority of this Commission is concerned, have been complied with; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. Final Plat Approved: That said final plat is hereby approved, the dedication of streets, alleys and other rights-of-way however designated or depicted on said plat is hereby accepted; that any easements to be vacated are hereby so vacated; that plat restrictions as may be listed on the plat are approved and are to be enforced; that the approval of the plat is not a waiver of any zoning regulations and that this approval is conditioned upon proper execution of all documents required by the City Attorney's office. -1-
