As we look forward to embarking on a lasting relationship with the City of Sunny Isles, we are <br />able to provide you with this upgrade at no additional charge. The second area we have addressed centers around they <br />server. It is able to accomtnod Pentium II or Pentium III processors. An additional Pentium II 400MR1 processor <br />at this tin a would'e6st$'0. <br />It has 61od beeii'6`coug t to my attention that you have requested that we furnish a telephone support desk <br />for your cad users. We arc agrocable to this as long as VML Management deems the volume and nature of the calls <br />reasonable. Reasonable calls would include, but not be limited to. locating missing icons, changing punter options, <br />or checking for network connectivity. Calls may be deemed unreasonable if they regard reloading drivers or files <br />deleted by the end user, are repeat calls from the same end user, or in the event that the calls become excessive in <br />volume.
