<br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, <br />FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING AND IMPOSING THE CITY OF <br />SUNNY ISLES BEACH TENTATIVE AD VALOREM TAX <br />MILLAGE LEVY RATE AT 2.303 MILLS PER ONE <br />THOUSAND ($1000) DOLLARS OF TAXABLE ASSESSED <br />VALUE; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Property Appraiser of Miami-Dade County, Florida, served upon the City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach a "certification of 1999 taxable value"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuantto Section 200.065, F .S., the City of Sunny Isles Beach has furnished to <br />the County Property Appraiser, the proposed millage rate, and the date, time and place at which public <br />hearings will be held to consider the proposed millage rate and tentative budget; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Commission, by motion, agreed to establish the proposed millage rate at 2.399 <br />mils per one thousand; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Commission must:first establish a tentative millage rate prior to consideration of <br />adoption of a proposed budget; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1.
