RESOLUTION NO.99- 151;1 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, <br />FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING AND IMPOSING THE CITY OF <br />SUNNY ISLES BEACH AD VALOREM TAX MILLAGE LEVY <br />RATE AT 2.303 MILLS PER ONE THOUSAND ($1000) <br />DOLLARS OF TAXABLE ASSESSED VALUE; PROVIDING <br />FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the Property Appraiser of Miami -Dade County, Florida, served upon the City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach a "certification of 1999 taxable value"; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 200.065, F.S., the City of Sunny Isles Beach has furnished to <br />the County Property Appraiser, the proposed millage rate, and the date, time and place at which public <br />hearings will be held to consider the tentative millage rate and tentative budget; <br />WHEREAS, the Commission, by motion, agreed to establish the tentative millage rate at 2.303 <br />mills per one thousand; <br />WHEREAS, the Commission must first establish a final millage rate prior to consideration of <br />adoption of a budget; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The final millage rate is hereby established and imposed as 2.303 per One Thousand <br />($1000) Dollars of assessed value of the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br />Section 2.
