CONTRACTOR SHALL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC SERVICES IN <br />THE PREMISES AFOREMENTIONED; <br />GENERAL OFFICE AND COMMON AREA <br />DAILY: <br />1. Gather all wastepaper and place for disposal <br />2. Replace liners in wastebaskets as needed. <br />3. Dust all office furniture. <br />4. Keep interior glass partitions free of fingerprints. <br />5. Dust counters and desktops. <br />6. Dust all surfaces within reach. <br />7. Clean and polish all drinking fountains. <br />8. Sweep and/or dust mop, and damp mop all hard floor surfaces <br />(including kitchen floor). <br />9. Vacuum all carpeted areas. <br />10. Properly arrange furniture in office. <br />11. Leave on designated lights. <br />12. Check doors and lock upon completion of work. <br />13. Report any occurrence that may be out of the ordinary. <br />14. Report maintenance defects on log book. <br />WEEKLY: <br />1. High dust all horizontal surfaces to hand height, including partition glass sills, <br />ledges, moldings, shelves, picture frames and window sills. <br />2. Spot clean carpeted areas. <br />3. Remove fingerprints from light switches and doors. <br />4. Keep custodial closet clean and orderly. <br />5. Clean and sanitize telephones. <br />MONTHLY: <br />1. Clean and polish door kickplates and thresholds. <br />2. Dust all high partitions and ledges. <br />QUARTERLY: <br />1. Vacuum clean all overhead air vents. <br />2. Dust vertical and Venetian blinds. <br />
