<br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000-~( <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY <br />ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE DESIGN DRAWINGS FOR <br />THE NEW CITY HALL/GOVERNMENT CENTER AND FURTHER <br />AUTHORIZING SPILLIS CANDELA TO COMMENCE WORK ON THE <br />CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS OF THE NEW CITY HALL/GOVERNMENT <br />CENTER; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission is required to approve design drawings for the new <br />City Hall/Government Center prior to the architects proceeding to the construction drawing <br />phase; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the design drawings as presented meet all the requirements and objectives <br />ofthe City. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Approval of the Design Drawing. The City Commission hereby afproves the design <br />drawings for the new City Hall/Government Center as presented April 2t , 2000, and further <br />authorizes Spillis Candela to commence work on the construction drawing phase of the new <br />City Hall/Government Center. <br /> <br />2. Effective Date.
