<br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES
<br />BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE FINAL REPLAT OF R.K. MARINA
<br />APARTMENTS A REPLAT PORTION OF LOT 2, TATUM'S OCEAN PARK CO.,
<br />PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 64, AND ALL OF LOTS 14,15,16,17 AND 18, SOUTH SHORE
<br />ESTATES, PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 69, LYING IN SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 52
<br />SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST, LOCATED AT NORTH BAY ROAD, BETWEEN 1720d ST
<br />AND THEORETICAL 170th ST.; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, 17070 Collins Avenue Shopping Center, Ltd., a Florida limited partnership,
<br />has secured a tentative plat of the RK. Marina Apartments in order to relocate a portion of North
<br />Bay Road to allow the property owner to utilize its property; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Raanan Katz, president of 17070 Collins Avenue Shopping Center, Ltd.,
<br />now presents to this Commission, in accordance with Section 28-8 of the Code of Miami-Dade
<br />County and Section 177.071, F .S. (1977), a final replat of certain lands lying in the City of
<br />Sunny Isles Beach, said plat to be known as the RK. Marina Apartments, a replat portion of Lot
<br />2, Tatum's Ocean Park Co., Plat Book 10, Page 64 and all of Lots 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18, South
<br />Shore Estates, Plat Book 52, Page 69, lying in Section 11, Township 52 South, Range 42 East;
<br />and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, it appears that all requirements of the law concerning said plat insofar as
<br />the authority of this Commission is concerned, have been complied with;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
<br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
<br />
<br />Section 1. Final Plat Approved. This final replat of RK. Marina Apartments is hereby
<br />approved. A dedication of streets, alleys and other rights of way however designated or depicted
<br />on said plat is hereby accepted; that said right of way to be relocated is hereby so relocated; that
<br />plat restrictions as may be listed on the plat are approved and are to be enforced; that the
<br />approval of the plat is not a waiver of any zoning regulations and that this approval is
<br />conditioned upon proper execution of all documents required by the City Attorney's office.

<br />Section 2.
<br />
<br />Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
<br />
