There's a good chance your physician <br />already participates in Aetna U.S. Healthcare's <br />provider network. <br /> <br />If your PCP refers you to a participating specialist <br />or hospital, you're covered in full with a copay for <br />covered services. <br /> <br />Refer to your copayment schedule for applicable <br />copayments. <br /> <br />l,l111!l jl ...: <br /> <br />Self-Refer to Specialists and Hospitals in Our <br />Provider Network <br />You can also benefit when you go directly to a <br />participating provider or hospital without a referral <br />for covered benefits. You will be responsible for a <br />higher copay.
