SCOPE OF SERVICES: <br /> <br />TASK 1: <br /> <br />REVIEW AND REDRAFT OF LAND DEVELOPMENT <br />REGULATIONS <br /> <br />. Review and revise, as necessary, regulations and criteria for land development <br />activities within the City. <br />. Review and revise, as necessary, procedures for platting and site planning <br />including submission requirements. <br />. Review and revise, as necessary, design criteria and establish minimum criteria. <br />. Develop concurrency management system. if reql!ired. <br /> <br />TASK 2: <br /> <br />IMPLEMENTATION <br />REGULATIONS <br /> <br />OF <br /> <br />LAND <br /> <br />DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />. Coordinate regulations for consistency with implementation of goals. objectives <br />and policies of the comprehensive plan. <br />. Ensure all regulations are consistent with all County and state requirements. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />BASIS OF COMPENSATION: <br /> <br />Compensation for the referenced work will be a lump sum of $1 0,000. Any additional <br />fees will be mutually agreed upon. <br />
