These signs will make a positive statement and assist
with our efforts to identify the City and foster community pride. These signs are to be placed at
the four (4) primary entrances to the City, Collins Avenue north, Collins Avenue south, Sunny
Isles Boulevard, and the William Lehman Causeway.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
O'Leary was "qualified" to provide landscaping and related services to the City by Resolution
No. 2001 -338. As such, on February 21, 2002, the City contracted O'Leary to provide
professional landscape and graphic design services associated with preparation of signage plans.
O'Leary now submits the conceptual plan for Commission approval.
CJR/pw
Cleary - Conceptual Signage Plan Approval Agenda Nfemo
