The <br />study was conducted exactly as specified in your proposal, and the final <br />report ~as structured as proposed. The report has been reviewed by our <br />Township Council, members of the Police Department, and several citizens. <br />All the comments I have received from those who have read it were positive. <br /> <br />It will take us several months to implement the many positive <br />recommendations you made. Some are the subject of current police union <br />negotiations.
