Your plan covered all operating areas of the <br />Department and is thorough and comprehensive. <br /> <br />I appreciate the extra time and effort you gave to consulting <br />personally with me, my staff, and Fire staff on issues such as <br />911. The personal attention you provided helped us develop a <br />plan for dealing with this critical issue. <br /> <br />The fleXlbility of your team in changing your schedule to <br />accommodate ours was most valuable.
