In addition, our internaIlabor atmosphere is now one of mutual respect and trust. <br />We are now starting our 6th year of positive partnership with our employees. <br /> <br />I will be the first person to admit to a wide range of circumstances independent of the <br />study that have contributed to our success (not the least of which is my enlightened <br />leadership, of course), but you and your firm should take special satisfaction in the work <br />you did here.
